Access to this website is limited to persons who have been assigned a username and password. A participant can only access information about themselves.
Privacy Policy
Except as required by law, all information we receive in the course of providing our services is held in strict confidence. We conduct our business with a
strong understanding of the need to preserve the confidential matters of our clients' participants. Personal information is accessed by our employees only in the performance of their jobs.
We will only discuss your personal information with you and the people who handle your retirement or benefit plan for your employer – the Trustee, the Plan Administrator, the contact person(s)
listed in your Summary Plan Description, the Investment Advisor, and the service providers they hire to provide services for the Plan.
We do not sell or market your personal information or personalized data to unaffiliated organizations. Unless you ask us not to, we may use
this information to inform you of products, services, or other opportunities that may be available through either Conrad Siegel or Conrad Siegel Investment Advisors, Inc.
By law we would release your personal information upon receipt of a valid court order, warrant, subpoena or your written authorization (with proper verification of your identity).
As a result of SEC Rule 22c-2, Conrad Siegel, as a third party administrator is obligated to provide your trading information to mutual fund institutions in response to any requests
received directly or through the custodian, Charles Schwab Trust Bank. When we receive a mutual fund's request, we must respond with your Social Security Number and trading activity information,
limited to the mutual fund and time period specified in the request. The only identifying information that we provide is your Social Security Number. Disclosure of this information is consistent
with federal and state law.
If you have a Schwab PCRA account, in order to complete certain transactions or account changes, we are providing personal information about you to Schwab which may include your Social Security Number.
Right to Non-Discrimination for the Exercise of Your Privacy Rights
You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment from us for the exercise of your privacy rights. We will not treat you differently if you request that
we provide you a list of the categories of personal information that we have collected over the last 12 months or request the deletion of your personal information
that we collect. There will be no charge for these services. You can designate an authorized agent to make these requests on your behalf. Your agent must be your attorney
or a person with a properly written and executed durable power of attorney.
Collection of Personal Information
You have the right to know about your personal information that we collect, disclose, or sell. All the information we collect is gathered for the purpose of
providing you with services connected with your retirement or benefit plan.
We collect your IP address and email address, along with your username and password. IP addresses are tracked for logging purposes only. Your email address will
be used to provide site access assistance and to respond to your emails to us. For example, we will email you a code to reset your password if you request this help
and answer the Security Question. We may also send you announcements of retirement or benefit plan information available on the website.
The personal information initially displayed on this website was collected from the employer who sponsors your retirement or benefit plan. If available to you based on
the access you have, you may add to this personal information by: making elections, naming a beneficiary, sending us emails, providing additional email addresses, mailing
addresses, telephone numbers, and a preferred name, uploading documentation for distributions, hardships, loans and notarized forms, using the Retirement Bridge or Financial Wellness tools, and engaging in similar uses of the website.
Unless you ask us not to, we may use your email address to inform you of products, services, or other opportunities that may be available through Conrad Siegel or Conrad Siegel Investment Advisors, Inc.
We will not sell or market your information to any mailing list or to any unaffiliated organizations.
You may request that we provide you a list of the categories of personal information that we have collected over the last 12 months and the sources from which it was collected.
After we have verified your identity, we will meet this request. If you do not want to submit your request through your participant login, contact a customer service representative.
See Contact Us for our hours and telephone number. We will require that you verify your identity by providing name, birthdate, the last four digits of your Social Security Number, and address.
If any of this information differs from the data provided by you at the time of your initial enrollment or as subsequently updated by your plan’s sponsoring employer, additional proof of identity
will be required. Proof may consist of: (1) a current driver's license, (2) passport, (3) birth certificate, (4) social security card, (5) marriage license, and/or (6) court order of name change, as appropriate.
You may mail, fax, or email a copy of the necessary documentation. If proper proof cannot be provided, no personal information will be disclosed.

Your Right to Request Deletion of Personal Information if you Reside in California or the European Union

We will only delete personal information that is not necessary for us to administer your retirement or benefit plan. This means we will anonymize the information (i.e., disconnect the information
from your name and other identifiers) you provided for the purpose of setting up online access to your account (e.g., username and password, preferred name, personal email address(es) and phone number(s).
We will also anonymize any personal information you provided through the Retirement Bridge or Financial Wellness tools. All other information must be retained in order for the plan to comply with Department of Labor regulations.
You may submit your request through your participant login or by contacting a customer service representative. See Contact Us for our hours and telephone number. Your identity will be verified
as described above. If proper proof cannot be provided, no personal information will be deleted or anonymized.
Additional Rights of Residents of the European Union Participating in a U.S.-based Retirement or Benefit Plan
Your personal information is necessary for us to fulfill our administration contract with your retirement or benefit plan so that it can meet U.S.
Internal Revenue Service and Department of Labor requirements and provide you with your proper benefits.
If available to you based on the access you have - for instance, if you are a participant in a Defined Contribution Plan using our full web services - we collect
additional information to help you prepare for retirement with appropriate savings for your needs, receive financial help while you remain employed, and make your
desired designation of beneficiaries. The Retirement Bridge and Financial Wellness are automated tools. More information about the assumptions built into these tools is
provided on their web pages. You are under no obligation to use these tools. They are intended to assist you in preparing for retirement.
If you provide us with personal information that is not necessary for us to fulfill our administration contract with your retirement or benefit plan, you have certain rights you may exercise.
- You have the right to be informed. This means we must be clear about what personal data we are processing, why, and to whom your data may be passed. This is described in our Privacy Policy.
- You have a right of access. You may see the personal data we hold on this website by logging in. You may contact us for any personal data we may
hold on our servers or in our files. These same rights apply to your employer and your personal information that it holds and provides to us.
You may contact your employer if you wish to exercise these rights regarding your personal information that it holds.
- You have a right to rectification. We will correct your personal data that is incorrect. We will notify you when it is corrected.
- You have a right to erasure. Under certain circumstances and within certain limits, your personal data can be erased. If your data must be
kept due to the U.S. laws governing a qualified retirement plan or benefit plan, it will not be erased. You may waive participation in your
employer’s retirement or benefit plan before your plan entry date, and have us erase all of your personal data that we hold.
- You have the right to restrict processing. You can ask us to halt processing your personal data temporarily while a dispute is being resolved or a correction implemented.
- You have a right to data portability. You can ask us to provide to you in a machine-readable format any personal data that you gave us directly and is subject to
automated processing.
- You have a right to object to the further processing of your personal data, if we are using it in a manner that is inconsistent with the primary purpose for
which it was collected, including profiling, automation, and direct marketing.
- You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing where the result could be damaging to you. Plan decisions involving personal information are not automated.
If you have an issue with how your rights are being protected, you may lodge a complaint with the plan sponsor’s data protection officer or our Privacy Concern Officers.
